I ordered control arms a year ago and have not received them. I was told I was refunded on December 19th of 24. I haven't been refunded yet. Nobody is helping me with this. I've been calling and emailing. I've just been getting the run around from you guys. I need to be refunded now. Horrible customer service. Just refund my money back please. Zack is helping me a lot with my mid travel kit with a messed up bushing.
X2 says custom air ride......nothing custom about their product ....$4000 later.....and my car is still sitting in garage....the parts in the air ride kit..terrible!!! the pieces were bottom of the barrel...meaning cheap!! all valves leaked...compressors were weak and didn't work...one hell of a nightmare!!! I reached out to X2.. all they did was run me around in circles ...talking about take pictures of leaks and send them ... custom...wow...my mechanic had to build pieces so this p.o.s. air ride system could mount in my ca... read more
Response to owner: Nice try!! I ordered a set of A Arms for a 3- 4 inch lift, using LIFT KEYS and have the emails and receipts!! Those A Arms were unusable unless I increased the lift to 8 inches between lift and tires!! Nice how you treat Disabled Veterans and waste their money! I took this vehicle to 2 shops and they both said YOUR A Arms were made wrong! I then tried to salvage them by increasing the lift as much as I could with being disabled and having mobility issues…..Buyer beware they do not stand behind their produc... read more
