Eugene took the time to do a very thorough examination, explaining everything clearly and easing my mind by ruling out serious injury. He guided me through a targeted strengthening program, and the results spoke for themselves - I finished my race nearly an hour faster than expected! Huge thanks to Eugene, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I came to Eugene for a golf related injury. For any golfers, Eugene’s knowledge of the game and mechanics helped diagnose the cause quickly. The exercises he provided not only helped treat the injury/prevention but he recommended exercises that would benefit my golf swing for longevity!
