I originally had x10 perform my EV wallcharger instillation and they were fantastic! It all went down hill after that great experience though. On October 19, 2021 we requested they provide a quote on outdoor outlet installations. While initially prompt and an electrician coming to the house, no quote was ever received. Countless phone calls never went returned or answered, and we never did receive a quote. I am now moving on to other electricians. Deeply disappointed.
