I wasn't sure what my bug problem was. They worked with me until they found the answer and I was satisfied. I am so pleased and now can enjoy my enclosed porch to the fullest. I also had mysterious bugs in my bedroom. That problem is also solved. As this started, they made several trips back with no additional charge.
