I have been EXTREMLY unhappy with this service. When first signing up with this company we had an issue with a camera. guy came down "fixed it" an hour later it didn't work. So our own guy that knows nothing about the system looked at it, after that it's been working fine for 3 years plus. it's like pulling teeth to get him to come for any service or answer questions. For the last 6 months I have been trying to get him to come sign out of our system so we can get a real security company in here. To busy for the little guy. I... read more
