The owner was late showing up and never called, so I called to get a estimate for when he would arrive. He stated that he wouldn't be able to make it and rescheduled for the next day. The following day I got a text stating that he would again have to cancel. After expressing displeasure in his unprofessional behavior, he stated that he would find somebody to come clean my carpet. I never heard from him again
