As of 6/5/24 the phones #s don’t work so how do I get the parts I need to fix my bike, I need a controller for laguna beach cruiser and don’t drive anymore!!!!!!!!??
I live in rural Wisconsin, a beautiful state awash with rolling hills. The older I get, the harder my one speed bike got to "push" up these beautiful rolling hills. My neighbor let me borrow his X-Treme ebike for a little ride and I was immediately hooked. He purchased 2 bikes from X-Treme Scooters and told me not to worry about ordering my bike from them online. So I did and am very glad to have done so!! Ordered some parts for the Catalina Beach cruiser, one came in and the other was missing. Was able to contact the owner and they really were helpful making sure that I got the part that I needed to get my bike back on the road. Got the part today and the bike has power again!
I ordered a Catalina 48V ebike on 29 Dec 2022. After 3 weeks an ebike finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was the wrong model ebike. They shipped a far cheaper Malibu 36V. I have called and emailed numerous times over the past week trying to resolve this error. No one answered my calls or emails. Buyer beware of this business.
business is supposed to be open. I've been listening to their phone hold music for over 20 minutes. I guess they've so much money that they don't need mine. I won't waste any more of my time waiting , nor will I ever purchase anything from a place that doesn't respect a customers time. Jerks
