I called and asked about a repair. He asked that I send over my information and my repairs needed. 3 days and no call back or schedule. Called again and he said he would be by on Sunday at noon. No show no call. I will take my business elsewhere. Not a good business practice.
I will never do business with this mobile repair shop . I called to see about getting some repairs on my motorcycle. I spoke with a gentleman and he explained everything to me and we set an appointment. On the day of the appointment I never heard anything, so I called and reminded him of the appointment. He was apologetic and told me that I would see it in his work. Well guess what? We rescheduled and again I never heard from the guy. So I will take my business elsewhere.
Great experience great customer service ! Will definitely use again if needed!
