I purchase all of our Redcon1 products and others for my gym through Duane and won’t go anywhere else. Always great conversation when I come in, is a wealth of knowledge, and not many people know the history of strength sports in Alaska like Diane does. Should definitely be your go-to solution for supplements!
Great little shop with some good variety. Inexpensive and slightly higher-priced products available to meet all budgets. Fun talking to Duane (owner) since he is also a vet and definitely has some good humor. Will come back 👍🏼

Hands down the best place to buy anything to advance your fitness goals! Locally owned and operated by the owner. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and his prices and products are hands down the best! GNC has over priced products and anything online kills you in shipping!
