If this company is trying to lose customers, they should give that employee a raise because they’re doing an excellent job at it. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone whose job is literally customer service. One employee’s bad attitude completely ruined the experience and made me question whether this company values its customers at all. A little kindness is free, but apparently it’s not offered here. I purchase all of our Redcon1 products and others for my gym through Duane and won’t go anywhere else. Always great conversation when I come in, is a wealth of knowledge, and not many people know the history of strength sports in Alaska like Diane does. Should definitely be your go-to solution for supplements!
