Promised a refund during covid, then came back and said they were saddled with cancelation debt and could not refund, and had to dissolve the company. Two years later and they're still kicking around. I guess that was a lie. What an absolute scam.
Terrible experience. Similar to other bad reviews. Shocking since they are the DJ Brock House uses. After multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered we had no choice but to post a terrible review. Cancelled Prom Due to Covid. We are owed significant $ for a deposit refund and they refuse to respond. We had to borrow money from our PAC to pay for the deposit. Terribly unprofessional. Do. Not. Use.
We originally booked X-Treme Event Group to DJ our wedding at Brock House this summer, and paid a rather significant downpayment prior to the event. When our wedding was cancelled due to covid-related restrictions, we reached out to see whether we could change the date of our booking. Despite following up, the DJ never responded and our rescheduled wedding went ahead sans DJ.
