GREAT
Charges my credit card for services NEVER rendered. Their excuse for not coming to do their job was because it was MLK, but they had no problem charge my card. It happened back in November 17th. I didn’t realize they were charging me and NOT spraying my house. This is THEFT. Now I work from home due to Covid 19 and I caught them red handed. Charging me without services provided
I called mid morning on a weekday, and was able to have Travis come to the house for a free estimate the same day. Travis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided a free estimate as promised. He explained exactly what the issue was, how he would treat it, and how much it would cost to maintain a preventative service. I appreciated that he was able to get to the house same day, showed up when expected, and sent a quote as promised.
