Returned my call right away and arrived on time the same day. Very professional and thorough. Very pleased overall.
Deck and patio was a combination of wood structure, poly-treads and decking, patio was concrete. Area had not been cleande in 2-3 years and was covered with dirt, barnacles and mildew from the pasts 2 winters wherer it couldn't properly dryout due to shadyness and moisture in air. He did a good job cleaning and removing all the dirt and stuff. Would recommend this company again.

I’m Board president of the Brickyard Condominiums in Evansville Indiana. We have had several different companies clean our vinyl picket fence. We recently had Gary Beasley, owner of X-SHINE, power wash our approximately 825 ft. of fence along Upper Mt. Vernon Rd.. I have to say, that fence has never been cleaned as thoroughly as Gary did. His pricing is very fair and I highly recommend X-SHINE WINDOW CLEANING AND POWER WASHING. We will definitely be calling Gary again for power washing.
