Their web page says open 24 hrs. That’s a LIE!!! They’re only open during the week.
In January 2021, I contacted X-Ray Mobile RV service to reinstall a slideout awning that had been torn off by the wind. They came out, were very courteous, and did the reinstall. The only issue I have is that the charges were approximately twice what I had originally been quoted over the phone. In addition to the labor, I had to pay $99 for them to come the 4 miles from Mathis to the campground.
After numerous phone calls they failed to complete our contracted and paid for service. A man's word is his bond. No bond here! In my opinion, they have a hard time keeping staff, a lack of management and a lack of commitment. But they'll take your money in a heart beat.
Got the job done after another company messed our electrical up! Highly recommended!
