This practice has probably without a doubt the worst receptionist I’ve ever come across, I was on hold on the phone for almost 10 minutes. When they finally answered I was polite, asked a question and she didn’t answer it and then proceeded to dance around the answer I had to ask a few times finally she told me the answer and after the call I was so confused as to how it was so hard to get that answer…. If your looking for a nice pregnancy ultrasound experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was spoken down to, told my baby was a problem child ( because babies head was down near my cervix, which is a really good place for it to be ) I wasn’t aloud to take any videos or photos and it being my first time seeing my baby I was very sad that I couldn’t do that. The customer service was extremely poor and the lady at the reception was SO rude. She seemed to make everything more difficult than it needed to be and was just very cold. I went in for my first pregnancy scan with my partner, we were very excited, however we were not met with a warm reception. As soon as we walked in we were told to “go and check in down there” *pointing out the doors* .. there was little to no direction, just being ordered. Hopeless call centre staff.
Fantastic service , caring, attentive , prompt service very professional . Staff settled my nerves prior to procedure & check I was fine during procedure. I will always come here first . Highly recommend this service.
