I came in with a lot of anxiety, but from the receptionist through the scan, I felt comfortable and they did their best to accommodate my needs.

The amazing Hannah did my ultrasound, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Hannah and the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and handled the whole process with such care and efficiency. The appointment was on time, the environment was clean and welcoming, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone needing imaging services!
Room to improve your customer service. So today I had to see a doctor at the hub. I got there at lunchtime. She examined me and gave me a referral to get an ultrasound done straight away. How convenient that can be done in the same building. I was called to the counter, the receptionist took the referral and asked when I would want it done. With my doctors suggestion still on my mind I replied „right now please“. But oh boy did I get a response. She barked at me „that is not how it is done! We don’t work like that!
