Just tried to get some assistance from Medical Imaging at this hospital. Spoke with a booking clerk who was not familiar with the term “medical imaging”. I was surprised. She was most unhelpful, completely non-empathetic and downright unfriendly. Not an ideal person to be dealing with the public.
