Just received a text asking for payment of $150 I checked my EOB and I don't owe anything. I called Ascension River District and they said I don't owe anything. They advised me to disregard the text which I'm going to do. Just concerned I clicked on the link they sent and had to put in my birthdate. Heaven only knows what'll happen now...
Surprise billing 18 months later, after numerous attempts to call the balance was 0.00 paid last year. Hmmm
Got billed for a procedure almost two years old. When I pull up the Explanation of Benefits from my BCBS of MI , it says they were paid at the contracted discount rate and that I owe nothing. Good luck convincing these guys of that!
