This company SUCKS. my insurance Paid them back in August 2025 and they are billing me for the whole amount when there is no patients responsibly. I have contacted them many times, sent in my eob showing the insurance comay paid and still nothing. I have reported them to my insurance company. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY

Just received a text asking for payment of $150 I checked my EOB and I don't owe anything. I called Ascension River District and they said I don't owe anything. They advised me to disregard the text which I'm going to do. Just concerned I clicked on the link they sent and had to put in my birthdate. Heaven only knows what'll happen now...
Surprise billing 18 months later, after numerous attempts to call the balance was 0.00 paid last year. Hmmm
