Avoid doing business with Xray Associates of New Mexico at all costs. Following an ER visit I unfortunately had a balance due to them for reading my CT scan results, and have since had months of back and forth about payment. My insurance covered the costs and I am non-stop being contacted by Victoria at Xray Associates of NM about an “unpaid balance.” This balance was paid months ago. Very unprofessional, my insurance covered everything and didn't even give me a chance to pay $40.00 Which I didn't know until I was sent to collections. Feels like you're being attacked more than helped good job. X ray associates of new mexico..
Front desk staff have been impatient, rude and unhelpful with my son who was sent to their clinic. As someone who works at an outpatient medical clinic myself I am truly outraged at his experience at this clinic. Shame on them! These are the medical staff that shine a bad light on the rest of us!!!
