This my 2nd time arriving at Xray 505 without an appointment to find out that they aren’t doing xrays because the tech called in sick. Never again. Drove to Greg & Associates once again to get in within 5 minutes. Don’t bother with X-Ray 505.

I can always count on this extremely busy but highly efficient clinic & its complement of wonderful staff members including at reception. On my most recent visit Shahnaz took extra care for my circumstances & was professional and friendly as always. She, Olga, Farideh & colleagues deserve special recognition for their ongoing dedication, high level of expertise and kindness.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. We had an ultrasound done at X-Ray 505 almost one month ago. At the time of booking, we were told the results would be available within approximately 2–3 weeks. After waiting, we contacted them and were told it would take another 4 weeks. When we followed up with our doctor, the doctor was shocked and said this delay was completely unacceptable, especially because the referral was marked as urgent. Sorry for late review. Went with my mother for her xray, the lady at front anurita greeted us with such a warm smile and talked so politely that my mother pain was eased, even though it was a Friday and they were not doing x rays she politely guided us to other place. We were relived to have bilingual people there so my mother was able to communicate properly. The nice Sikh boy at the side helped us with directions as well. I get a routine mammogram here at X-Ray 505 and had to wait more than an hour for each and every appointment. I wonder if this is a systematic problem rather than the staffing problem, as the staff is quite efficient and prompt. Nonetheless, mentally prepare for the long wait time, bring a book .etc and don't make an appointment close to this imaging appointment.
