I don’t expect special kindness, but there’s really no need to be rude. During my ultrasound exam, a technician told me it was okay to lower my arm. When I did and slightly adjusted my position, she scolded me like I was a child, saying, “I told you that you could lower your arm — not that you could move!” After my mammogram, I was told to go sit in a chair, which I did — but then another staff member came and sharply asked, “Who told you to sit here?” Is there any reason to speak to patients this way? I had been waiting for my ultrasound appointment for a long time, and then, just one week before my appointment, they cancelled it because of a meeting. They rescheduled me for 15 days after my original appointment date. They also don’t send any reminder text messages the day before the appointment. One star is too generous for them

Experienced staff infighting/rudeness, poor “bedside” manner, zero atmosphere (looks like a thrift store reject storage in the waiting room), and exceptionally long waits for reports (3-4 months). If you can, go elsewhere.
