I met someone at the front, Keshav. He was one of the kindest most empathetic person. I have been here before for an ultrasound as well and everyone has been kind and professional. But Keshav has left a significant impression on me because he spoke so kindly and was very informative. Thank you so much. MP
UPDATE: It’s my yearly checkup and all went smooth. Technician wasn’t Mey this time ( wish it was) , but a very quiet Asian lady who didn’t like to talk with no bedside manner. Just did the ultrasound and didn’t even say goodbye which was kinda rude. Front desk seemed more organized , less chaotic and was called in right on time! Had the best experience with Mey as my ultrasound breast examiner. She was kind, funny and taught me what she was looking for. DO NOT GO HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Clinic has not sent my scans to my doctor AND no one answers the phones or emails. Both myself and my doctor are unable to reach them. I had an ultrasound to prepare for surgery. I was meant to review the scans with my surgeon 2 weeks later but they never sent the scans to my ordering doctor. The technician told me the scans would be sent the next day This office's incompetence has delayed my care and is massively increasing my stress and anxiety in an already stressful situation. 2months and 4 phone follow up layers , my doctor has not yet reviewed my mamo and ultrasound reports!!!
