I ordered the XPERT Pro (px) 45 mm to replace my PFD Chrome Pro dance pole 45 mm. I am very happy with my new pole. It is definitely more sturdy which allows me to do more moves confidently. I am also enjoying the small base and being able to switch my pole from spin to static without stopping to get a tool out to do so. I ordered the pole on black Friday 2024 and FedEx was taking there time shipping my package. At the time x-pole did not know if the package was lost or just delayed. Will not answer the phone. I have been hung up on several times. Sent to voice-mail several times. They don't respond on Facebook. I have been with xpole for over 15 years (2 poles, 1 x lite stage). This is the last time I purchase anything from this company based on the deplorable customer service. They do not care about their customers. I would give 0 stars if possible. No reputable business has the trash costumer service this business has. Call, call,call 800 times. Never speak to a real human. All I wanted to do was change my order and spend more cash and nothing but a leave a message. Trash.

After numerous emails exchanged with customer service and their Technical Support line, we concluded that the issue lies with my ceiling, prompting a request to exchange the product for a stage pole. However, despite the company's stated policy allowing returns within 14 days, I was informed that because the item was removed from its plastic wrap, a return was not possible.
