You are a LIAR and a scam artist. My report is going to BBB and higher. I called before I came and asked if you work on head gaskets because there is white smoke emitting from my tail pipe. The clerk told me yes. I’m told there is no oil in the car and that there can’t be a diagnostic without oil.. so I was offered an oil change instead. I’ll be reporting this “business” to a higher bureau. Not only was my license plate stolen from this poor excuse of an auto shop, but I was also charged for an unresolved issue. The owner showed zero empathy or professionalism for the fact that my vehicle was still displaying faults. I’ll be working to get this establishment shut down for fraudulent business practices. This place is a scam and an utter joke. Do not go here.
I’ve used several mechanics in the area from time to time and they always let me down! I appreciate Andre and his team for keeping my Range Rover on the road!!
