I'm pretty frustrated. I saw photos of nice nail art on their website, and when I showed the attached photo, was told they could do it. I got the following which is not the same design and far from the same quality/precision and was charged $110 for the manicure before tip. The staff were nice and I want to like this place, but now my nails are stuck like this for the next few weeks or I've wasted my money/have to remove them and damage my nails.

I conveniently made an appointment through their booking service early morning, same day. They accepted my appointment for an acrylic fill and pedicure as soon as they opened. Holly was my nail technician and gave me a beautifully natural almond shape and the pedicure was very good & clean. They were all very friendly too. Thank you for seeing me so quickly.
