HORRIBLE. I made an appointment with my friend and they just accepted a walk in instead and just cancelled my appointment and kept ignoring me and when I kept asking they were pretending they didn’t understand me when I was speaking.
I’ve been going here for 2years and they’ve literally been the best I’ve ever tried in nyc. They just know what you want and service is top tier 🤍
I have been doing my nail at this salon over a years , this place is clean and friendly, with reasonable price and warm welcome atmosphere, my girl May did great job, very polite and taking care of me well. She just done my beach vacation nail, so beautiful and sparkling 🥰
This was my second time, I came back because I really loved their work, I got so much compliments on my manicure and pedicure the first time. They were a dismissive I’m not sure if it was because of my color but it’s not my type to play the color card. I walked in at 0330 pm asked for both pedicure and manicure cat-eye, a guy came toward me and acted a Iike I was at the wrong place.
