I asked my husband to drop our king size comforter and and shams off for dry cleaning and be cause the tag said ‘dry clean only’ they said the could clean it. When we got it back it was utterly destroyed! Wrinkled, smaller, and the Shams, shrunk, zipper edge frayed, decorative buttons and leather clasps, stretched and shredded, so our luxurious bedding is now ruined and no longer pretty, the lady at the front claimed the are NOT a professional dry cleaner, So what are they?
