I have been a member of X-Force since January. The staff is fantastic and truly motivates you to give it your all. As a busy professional I don’t have hours to spend in the gym. 2 30-minute sessions a week is perfect. When you put the work in the results follow.

I’ve been in and out of a gym ever since playing football in high school, many moons ago.
