Very effective workout. I don't have a lot of time to spare for exercising so this is perfect for me. The sessions are short, intense and produce results. I spend a lot of time working at a desk during small tight movements which creates pain and knots on my neck and trapezium. I started noticing the lack of pain after the 5th workout. I am saving on Chiropractor :)

Truly the most effective workout and excellent coaching. Coach Patrick put me through a workout that pushed me to get my best workout while ensuring I was using correct form. If you are looking to get the most out of your workout this is the place to go. It’s amazing the pump you can get in such a short time.
