Came by for a workout on the rowing machine and these guys were very kind, also awesome space!
This is an EXCELLENT class to help your achieve your fitness goals! The instructors are great, the variety is awesome. X4 keeps you feeling good and moving like a supple leopard.
I dropped in to an X4 class today. Booking the class was simple online. They were very welcoming upon arrival. Workout was great. I typically go to Burn Boot Camp in NC. I was thrilled to find this similar workout experience and will definitely go back when visiting Rome.
These people are great! I truly enjoyed my first X4 class and look forward to more in the future! Thanks Glen and Jeff!
