Went to stretching class taught by John Mitchell. Great class! I learned a lot and felt great when we were finished.
Great gym have been working with trainer jessie and he is amazing they are never wrong and always there to help.This gyms trainers will push you to Your limits.🤜 🤛
I did a drop in last week while I was working locally from out of town. Very nice gym, very clean but most of all great staff. From owner all the way down . Enjoyed my drop in during my week pass and will make the drive Everytime if I’m working anywhere near by. Highly recommend
