Honestly terrible business, I called them on Monday July 28th. They tell me not to pay the ticket and wait until Aug 06 for a call back from their guy that deals with American tickets. He never called so I texted them with no reply. So I call Aug 07 and end up talking to a manager that tells me they ant help!!! Like why the hell didn't tou tell me that 10 days ago when I could have fought the ticket not im rushing to try and find a solution on the last day because they're poor business.. stay away and just use a paralegal th... read more
I am very disappointed with xcopper. I have contacted them by email and phone in regards to overpayment. I had been told by the lawyer at the time to only pay the retainer, but the office sent me installment invoices above and beyond. The office is ignoring me and never returns my messages, so I reached out directly to the lawyer who had my case.
