Took some time, because of courts but staff at X Copper was extremely helpful with communication and keeping us in loop and getting charges dropped!
Excellent service from XCopper – London branch. I received a careless driving ticket that I truly did not deserve. XCopper fought the case and successfully had the charges removed, especially since the police officer issued the ticket despite not being present on site when the incident occurred. Big thanks to Glenn for keeping me consistently updated throughout the process and making everything clear and stress-free. Highly recommend XCopper if you need professionals who genuinely stand up for their clients.
Don’t waste your money with this company they just want your money and promise to do more than the outcome. I paid $430 for a ticket that was $380 and 4 points after all of it ended up with a $365 ticket and 2 points. $800 for 2 points off!!!!!. Do it yourself it’s not that hard or get a paralegal that is way cheaper which is what they are that are over priced because of the name x-copper which they are not!
