I was charged nearly $350 and had to repeatedly follow up to find out the status of my partial refund. Apparently, there was a mistake on my end, but the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. I was told that manager will call me back but never did, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out, I received no response. We had an amazing experience with our first time using XCopper for a Careless Driving charge. Their service was so smooth, they kept us up to date on everything and the experience was exceptional. All charges were dropped, highly recommend XCopper.
