Gotta leave a 1 star, bruh. Place is grimier than my shaker bottle I left in the car all summer. If the floors were any nastier, they’d be on their own bulk cycle. Clean it up, I’m trying to lift plates, not dodge biohazards.

I started training with Chris Huzdovich on February 11th 2x a week. First time I used the bench press and I benched 65 lbs. I did 170 lbs on the leg press. I did 80 lbs on the leg extension machine. 50 lbs on the Iso row machine. He showed me proper movement and form that I didn’t get from physical therapy. A good working-man’s gym conveniently located in central Alamo. Has all the equipment needed to work all major muscle groups, but I really like working my back and chest here. Some of the machines are a bit old with torn pads and a couple of the leg machines are worn out so that’s the reason for four-stars. But there’s a bonus for 24/7 access, friendly staff/clients, and the protein smoothie truck in the parking lot.

I have been very happy at this gym! I have been a member since 2022. The owner is very kind and so are all of his staff, which is wonderful to see! The equipment is great. There are also classes such as kickboxing on weekdays. I have temporarily canceled my membership due to not having the time to go, but I look forward to when I am able to return. I recommend this job 110%. 😁
