Hi Brian, Just wanted to reach out and tell you how happy we are with our installation. The battery seems to have enough juice for us to even use heaters and aircons (modestly) with more than enough to get through to the next morning. We are not shy with stuff and still load shifting but so far not using the grid at all. Awesome.(This was for 19kw solar with a 24kw battery Sigenergy install). We purchased a system from Brian at X-alt and had it installed around the end of April 2024. Brian was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. He provided a number of different options and didn't apply any pressure to buy a particular system or even to buy from him at all, which is very unusual for solar companies. The installation was great, we got a QLD government rebate for the battery we got installed. They sent someone to come to check and certify the installation. Nothing was too much for Brian. He took the time to explain the process and I never felt rushed. When my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness, he actually refunded my deposit (as I asked to put things on hold indefinitely). When I came back to him, he was still ready to help and everything was straight forward. I can't speak highly enough of this business.
