We purchased a system from Brian at X-alt and had it installed around the end of April 2024. Brian was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. He provided a number of different options and didn't apply any pressure to buy a particular system or even to buy from him at all, which is very unusual for solar companies. Nothing was too much for Brian. He took the time to explain the process and I never felt rushed. When my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness, he actually refunded my deposit (as I asked to put things on hold indefinitely). When I came back to him, he was still ready to help and everything was straight forward. I can't speak highly enough of this business.
