I ordered an adaptive bodycoat for my child with disabilities from X-Ability and paid over $200. What arrived was defective, not what was advertised, and unusable for my son’s needs. Shipping took much longer than promised (over 10 weeks) and the company ignored my attempts to contact them. Disabled individuals and their families already deal with enough. I'd strongly caution others to avoid ordering from this company.
Ordered a coat for my daughter and it never arrived!! It's been over a year now and I can't get a hold of the company. Such a scam!! Don't order from them!
I ordered 5 coats in November and have not received them. They stopped responding to my inquiries months ago. My clients spent over $1200 at this store with nothing to show for it. Would absolutely not recommend. Shame on them for taking advantage like this.
RUN FROM THESE GUYS!! Ordered coat which never came and they have refused to answer emails, VMs or social media messages.
Terrible experience! Ordered 2 wheelchair coats for a disabled 3 year old in June. An almost $400 purchase! Coats never arrived! Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. The Better Business Bureau was unable to contact the merchant. This is a scam preying on the vulnerable! Save your money and time. Don’t deal with this totally unresponsive seller!
