I ordered 5 coats in November and have not received them. They stopped responding to my inquiries months ago. My clients spent over $1200 at this store with nothing to show for it. Would absolutely not recommend. Shame on them for taking advantage like this.
RUN FROM THESE GUYS!! Ordered coat which never came and they have refused to answer emails, VMs or social media messages.
Terrible experience! Ordered 2 wheelchair coats for a disabled 3 year old in June. An almost $400 purchase! Coats never arrived! Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. The Better Business Bureau was unable to contact the merchant. This is a scam preying on the vulnerable! Save your money and time. Don’t deal with this totally unresponsive seller!
As a caregiver, I was Very pleased with the shipping and care of the package I received! I loved the beautiful print that the little girl loved! Best part is, it is VERY easy to bundle her up snow, rain, or shine! I love all the options they provide for each season and the matching mittens! Her body can be very tightened at times, but with each zipper or snap she is good! Thank you so much X-ability, you will be hearing from me again soon for spring attire!
The body coats are wonderful for students who are in my ECSE classroom who are transported in wheelchairs! Such ease getting them in and out of their winter gear! Much better than dragging a blanket to and from the bus! Highly recommended for anyone who travels in a wheelchair!
