Outstanding... Simply outstanding! I spoke with Angel from Tech Support regarding questions I had as I wanted to purchase a new router mesh. Angel took the time to research the best mesh system for my needs and answered every question I had to help me make my purchase decision. Great work on Angel's as she was extremely helpful and patient. This is why I purchase Wyze products - the support provided by this team is high class. Well done!
They suck and filing a small claims case against them the cameras never give notifications and always gives notifications when nothing is there and never when something is there and glares and you on have a month to return it and get your money back so by that time your screwed and they dont help at all so im taking them to small claims to get my money back

What a wretched company to deal with! I attempted to place an online order- 3 times over two days with two different credit cards- and it was declined all 3 times although curiously, my banks NEVER received an electronic transaction from Wyze! Their online chat doesn't work either. And when I called to find out about my order I was put on hold (twice) and hung up on (twice). Too bad. Wyze has products that will meet my needs but they are just awful to deal with. I'm now looking for cameras from ANY company other than Wyze.
