I have bought numerous items from this place. Many have worked out but others don’t. I recently bought the routers which wouldn’t work with the second one as a mesh system. Tried everything they recommended to no avail. Finally they upgraded my support to emails, after days of trying everything with them they said it would be forwarded to the engineer. Terrible at connecting, Terrible at recognizing people or vehicles reliably. I've bought nine cameras and all of them see rain and bugs but not much else really well. I have five cameras all watching the same area, and none consistently catch all movements. I've sat and watched cars go by, and none of the cameras picking it up. These Wyze Cameras Are Amazing They Are Worth Every Cent For The Can Plus Subscription And Just Ordered The Wyze Video Doorbell Pro!!! The Person Detection Is Spot On And Pet Detection It Just Always Works!!! But I Do Wish You Could Do More For Free (No Subscription) But Other Then That I Would Recommend This Brand!!!

Cancelled subscription and account. They keep trying to charge my credit card. Had a long conversation w/CS by email. Guaranteed issue resolved. Just got notice of a "tried" purchase again, (have them blocked) from Wyze after all the hassle and emails to close account. Rogue company they are not BBB a credited, Mr. Yun Zhang, Owner needs to fire some CS Reps. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.
