Product is easy to use. Wish it was HomeKit compatible but not a dealbreaker. Motion sensitivity is practically useless unless you disable notification. Forced to go with paid plan to enable car/people/pet notification which is more accurate. Update: as of March 2026 single camera subscription increased from $19.99/yr (which was acceptable) to $29.99/yr (which is NOT acceptable). I used Wyze cameras for several years and disconnected them a year ago, cancelled my subscriptions on all 6 cameras, but unbeknownst to me 2 were not cancelled and just showed up on my card statement. I contacted Wyze to correct, and refund the two subscriptions, which were never used, attempted to cancel (and is obvious given the simultaneous batch cancelling of the cameras all at the same time). NO REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS-EVER. It was $25.00, not the end of the world, but nothing like getting screwed by corporate America.... read more
I've had just about enough with Wyze. They started as an Angel company - brilliant engineers with a disruptive product that quickly shut down the status quo of the expensive security camera market. Charged me without any notification, never signed up for a subscription service. Called, no answer. They basically force you to use the chat bot which is outsourced and you get incompetent people. Every question you ask they say "let me ask a specialist"... aren't you the specialist? Horrible customer support and just another reason I don't buy Wyze products anymore. Thank you Wyze for pushing me to search for a better product. Well done.
