If you have a choice of cameras, I would NOT recommend Wyze. Not because of their actual cameras, but because of their inability to offer a robust and responsive customer service experience, AND literally raising their rates by ONE HUNDRED PERCENT over the prior years (2021-2025). Everything was great until I had a v 3 become blurry. I didn’t think much of it and bough another one, that became blurry as well. Indore use. Apparently this company will not admit that is a defect in their design.
BEWARE! DON'T BUY Wyze Cameras support giving me the runaround! They can't even help me make them functional anymore. It's been months of stalling....
Don't buy from this company. Made an order last week directly from the website and created an account. Never arrived!!!! When I check the tracking information it comes up as delivered but no one ever came to drop off any package. Contacted the company trough any information call center, email, and there chat. Only they kept putting me on hold while they look up the issue only to hang up on my call! They just took my money and never delivered anything !!!
Buyer BEWARE. The cameras don't record until you pay extra for service. I missed the opportunity I bought them for. They don't have the presence of mind to record in case you miss that fun fact. I tried to get help and was contacted a week after my request. Then I called and complained about my experience and the response was "Well how can I help you." DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. They take the money and RUN!!!
