Great place to stay tho the guest car parks are a little tight so I ended up parking on the street
!!! DO NOT BOOK !!! We had to seek alternate accommodation after just 2 nights of our 14 night booking, and were refused a refund. Please, don’t waste your savings on this hell hole. Borderline harassed before we even arrived, with the manager's demand for sensitive info like driver's licenses and credit cards via text before arrival (even though we'd already booked and paid). Truly disappointing accomodation. The only good thing we can say about this place is the distance to town. The apartment is straight out of the 60s, as is the rest of the complex, but as several other reviewers note, the worst thing is the management The building manager asked for digital copies of a driver's licence and credit card... But couldn't quote how these would be stored or secured or the purpose of the request. This practice is illegal. Upon checking in we were rudely shocked to our front door been unlocked at 10.30pm - the manager, older lady - asking us to leave the property as the online booking had mistakenly cancelled, I asked several times to pay via other ways & was told ‘Noooope, you’re gunna have to leave’ My partner came to the door and came to a resolution, went down to reception between 10.30-11pm to pay again to avoid been kicked on the streets.
