I had to go yesterday and i was so well looked after. Seen quickly (partly i think because it was morning), caring and thorough staff who were reassuring and calm. I was offered a sandwich at lunchtim and also Juice and biscuits on the side in the dept i was sent to which was good because usually when you are a patient or supporting a patient to A and E you are in a rush and might not have eaten for ages. Very good service.... no idea how they do it with the pressure the nhs is under. Hats off ....👏 👏
Excellent communication on phone...easy to get through...excellent service.Quickly got information about a patient I was concerned about.
