First impressions mean a lot, but when my wife made an appointment for our son somehow the appointment was canceled and we was not informed. All they did was make up excuses and placed him on a waiting list for when someone else cancels their appointment. This is not a very good outlook for a business that somehow has close to five stars.
We took our 7 year old niece and this is the first eye appointment since she was very little. She gets very nervous about new things and the entire staff was very, very patient with her. They talked her through everything that they were doing, explained things and answered her questions in a way that she could understand. When it came to picking glasses, she’s very picky and tried on about 10 different pairs. They allowed her to take her time and we didn’t feel rushed.
