About 5 months ago I left my scooter because my front tire exploded they charged me $40 I said ok it's fine the price is fair. 2 weeks ago I took it for the same problem and they were charging me $140 for the same problem. Why?? More expensive this time simply what I did was give away my scooter because nowhere are there spare parts of that type of scooter.
As a relatively seasoned escooter rider and shopper, both online and in retail, I have to say I was very impressed with Wyrd Ryds (pronounced Wired Rides). I had a brief chat with AK over the phone and he suggested I test ride a scoot (NAMI Super Stellar) I was interested in since I'm local. The one hour drive from DC was well worth it -- I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Antonio who answered all my questions and gave me the opportunity to test ride it after signing a waiver and leaving some documentation. The experience was great, customer service was quick to tell me where I should go to fix my scooter quickly. I went to Bethesda it's a bit far away. But the service fix on my back tires and I eventually they changed both tires to airless tires and it was quick but pricey. Great Overall.
Fantastic store with awesome people. Definitely with the trip. Super knowledgeable staff. Best selection of high quality electric scooters, bikes, and gear out there. Even have high performance PMT tires for all the performance models! 10/10 recommend
