Went to hospital with a severe dental infection and swelling was told I didn't have a infection should be careful I don't get a abscess.Told by dentist 2 days later that I had a abscess in my chin and infection of the jaw bone . 4 hrs for completely wrong diagnosis no antibiotics just some pain medication I've now had to have two teeth removed thanks Wyong emergency.

"My worst experience in life". I was here around 4am. I was driving by friend because I'm so sick and the only hospital around is Wyong. After giving my details at the reception, the nurse ask me to wait. After waiting for an hour, my friend ask the nurse when will doctor attend to me. The nurse said "I can't say, he is not yet unwell to what doctor can rush and treat". so no available doctor at emergencyhospital??. If it wasn't for Nola in the emergency waiting room (I hope I spelt that right) I don't know what I'd do. Every time I've been to hospital she's always been so caring and considerate of everyone around her

Can’t fault my experience. Came into emergency Saturday morning with infected surgery site from week prior operation (not done at Wyong hospital) Was seen, admitted and treated promptly and professionally. All levels of staff were kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Hospital food.. is hospital food. Thank you for caring for me.
