Starting on the good side, I went to Wyong Hospital’s Emergency Department for a pretty bad tonsillitis infection, as soon as I was able to be seen, I received pretty prompt attention. The nurses there during the night 1-5AM were some of the loveliest and careful people you could ever meet, they were very concerned about my health and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable during my stay. Not sure if there are any qualified medical professionals here, as they struggle to prescribe medications which require providers numbers in order to be dispensed. There are a lot of people waiting to be seen. My friend has been diagnosed with Covid and has been in the emergency department for a while now, not sure if it’s a good idea for them to have got so lackadaisical RE face masks et cetera. We had an outstanding experience at Wyong Emergency. Dr Jimmy and Physio Ruby were absolutely excellent. My son presented with a serious injury — a dislocated and fractured finger with bone protruding through the skin. Despite the severity, everything was handled quickly, calmly, and professionally. We were in the hospital for less than three hours.
