A bunch of crooks. Went in for an annual, came out over 200 dollars less in my pocket, and I have Tricare Prime. They charged me because I asked one question about a disease, that mind you, I already knew I had and told them as much, along with a second office visit charge because of this. And then, after they sent me in for lab work to check for pre diabetes, made me come back in, just to tell me I was pre diabetic, and charged me, AGAIN, for another office visit.
