As I get more facts, I will update this review. As of now. On Jan.8, 2024, my brother John was a client in this facility. According to the insurance review, he had received his maximum care from this facility. However, the physician assistant, hopefully, with her employer's knowledge, refused to release my brother. This meant No meds, No physical therapy, and NO prescriptions, even though I had personally employed 3 people to take care of him and contacted Comfort Care for weekly nursing care. We went to see a family member in this facility and found them naked with the door open and a dirty diaper that could be smelled from down the hall. Looked like it ( the diaper) had been on for hours. Couldn't find staff to help. When they changed the person they were rough with them and were obviously angry to be asked. BM on floor and curtain. Staff told us it was already on there. This place needs to be closed.
