Terribly slow and horrible customer service. Had to jump through so many hoops to get something I paid $100 for. Ended up having to pay $80 extra to actually receive my license. Actually insane how awful this service is.
Apparently they can't take the time to update their prices on the applications. Making people lose time for no reason. If yall change the price in 2021,why is the application still showing wrong prices 4 years later?
I ordered my birth certificate replacement and about 12 days later I received it in Arizona. Good job
Whoever I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I have been trying to obtain a copy of my daughters birth certificate for almost a year now, yet still haven't gotten it. When I was trying to explain to the lady what has been happening, she spoke down to me, and acting like I was an idiot for even calling in the first place.
Camille was super nice and accommodating. We showed up 20 minutes before they opened, and she was very accommodating and took good care of us right away. We got a birth certificate in less than 10 minutes! Thank you!
