I called right before they opened and left a message. I received a call back within minutes. She must have known I was upset, they got me an appointment the same day and if I wouldn't have had another appointment to go to, they would have got me in within the hour. They wasted no time getting my cat on medication and made a follow-up appointment for a week later. They were caring and listened when I told them what I'd tried and the environment she's in.
