BEWARE!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEWS PAPER COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPP OFF AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MY PAPER.THEN TOLD ME THE CHARGE WAS NON REFUNDABLE. ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES JENNIFER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. AND THE SUPERVISOR JARED LIED ALL THE TIME AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. PLEASE DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THE PROMOTIONS THEY HAVE AT THE GROCERY STORE LIKE I DID..I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A PAPER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS 1 IS TOO MANY...

The circulation department was unable/unwilling to refund my money when we cancelled the newspaper. I tried calling them innumerable times for a refund, but never received one. When I stopped in there 6 weeks ago, they said our information was no longer available to determine how much we owed. Now this morning, I received a phone call thanking me for a new subscription and did I receive my paper. Over priced classic case of a company in a downward death spiral. Over priced, Can't get the paper out on time, customer service is non-existent, rude employees. Cut back to six days a week with no change in price then increased the price again. Inaccurate biased reporting.

This company charges way to much for online news when you can get if for free with other News agencies..i.e..kfox or even Denver post. I guess this agency is more about the money than keeping their community up to date with local news.
