I have dealt with this business since they first opened 14 years ago. I am a landlord and as such do more business with a locksmith than most. I have always received excellent and courteous service from Thad.
This place has got to be one of the best locksmith places here in town. I recently bent my apartment key, and I went there and the staff was VERY helpful. He went out of his way to recommend me the correct items in order to protect myself from bending and/or losing my keys again. My key was a REALLY old type of key that he did not have more than one blank of. However, the keys are less than $5 for a replacement. He also said that if I needed more, that I could come back and order more and it would arrive in 24 hours
