One of Clayton’s best attributes is his listening skills. He was patient and took the time to listen to help me narrow down what I wanted as a first-time home buyer. He was available, trustworthy, and easy to get along with. I highly recommend him and applaud his hustle!
Ben is incredibly wonderful to work with! Though it wasn't an expectation, he made the experience so nice for our small children. They really enjoyed meeting him and were thrilled with the goodies they received at closing. Ben is responsive, kind and knowledgeable!
Ben Fritzen is an outstanding realtor! Not only is he reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, competent and helpful, but on a personal level he's also friendly, enthusiastic, and trustworthy. Ben is a Laramie native, which gives him an advantage over a lot of other realtors here. Plus, he has a wealth of information on topics that helped me and my husband plan for our post-purchase needs.
Do not rent. The properties lack maintenance, disrespectful property management, maintenance is not thorough nor repairs completely. Read the lease thoroughly as they rip off the tenants as they are only money driven. Conflict of interests between businesses.
Excellent service, professional and friendly. Left a Zillow review as well. He was attentive and timely throughout the purchase and closing. Would highly recommend and use again if purchasing another property. Well done and thank you Clayton.
