Very nice and very helpful
Good experience checking in. Paid the co-pay and was taken into the back. Talk with nurse went well. Proceeded to wait for over 35 min for the doctor who never came. Asked for a reschedule and a refund. Couldn’t get a refund as the Manager has to give it and they were in a meeting. I dislike having to pay for a service in advance of any work and then being denied a refund. Don’t like that there is a $50 cancellation fee if I miss the appointment, but like most doctors now days, they don’t seem to care that I have to take vac... read more
