Very, very rude people. Just hang up on you, not helpful at all, you’d have better luck just going in and talking to them ( if that’s any better). Asked to talk to a supervisor and they just hang up. How do these people even still have jobs here? If you know any number for their boss, let me know.

I spoke with a very kind man named Alan. He was very thorough and helped me renew my child’s Medicaid while we were on call. He was very personable and described the renewal process very clearly so I could easily understand the process and how the system works. Great experience 😊
