We had Wy Flooring put in our living room carpet a year ago…it is still fabulous. Last week we got 2 bedrooms carpeted by them. Both times we received professional work and wonderful product. They were very quick to come both times to give an estimate and we got our carpets put in very quickly. Jeremiah and his people are so nice and easy to talk with. We would recommend them to everyone. Can’t say enough about them and the work that was done for us. Very satisfied!
They have a polite, young salesman, but a very rude and unhelpful installer. We have a kitchen floor beginning to go out on us, and so we wanted to see what was available. The salesman who came out was very nice and did his best to help, but the installer who came with was dismissive and almost confrontational, wanting to sell us not on what we wanted or were looking for, but on what he wanted to install. We experienced minor flooding in our basement that impacted our carper and existing LVT flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. WYFLOOR did an amazing job with replacing our laundry room floors. From Jeremiah quoting and helping us pick out vinyl that would match with our existing flooring to Ricardo that got it done in a day! Highly recommend!
