Do not use this company! They tried to cancel me when I went to sell my home simply because it was not occupied while I was showing it. They were rude and unreasonable, and then it turned out their Intel was wrong and they thought I had a renter when I never did, but they refused to admit their clerical error or change the wording on their cancellation threat, getting my mortgage company upset. They cost me a lot in the process and I never had a claim in 15 years! Stay away, there are better companies to pick from.
