My play increased 5 to 7 times as much but my free play went from 35 to 10 dollars and I couldn't get a reasonable answer the staff called support and couldn't a answer on how free play is calculated how can anyone do there job if not given the information on how things work i left the Douglas casino with no answers after several hours waiting around town if this is how it's gonna be i will never enter another Wyoming downs casino again
